Slunná 27, Prague 6 — Ořechovka. ## Čeština ### Rolfing® — strukturální integrace Jde o terapeutický proces, který v klasické podobě zahrnuje deset navazujících setkání. Cíleným dotekem pracujeme s měkkými tkáněmi těla, zejména s fasciemi. Společně zkoumáme vaše držení těla a pohybové návyky a hledáme možnosti, jak lépe využívat oporu země a vlastní váhu. Cílem celého procesu je lepší souhra jednotlivých částí těla, která umožňuje stát a pohybovat se s menším úsilím. Jeho důležitou součástí je také rozvíjení vnímání vlastního těla, včetně toho, jak se v něm projevuje napětí a stres. ### Proces Klasická série Rolfingu má deset navazujících setkání. Jejich pořadí ilustruje důraz Idy Rolf na oporu v gravitaci. Chodidla přijímají váhu těla, nohy nesou pánev a na této opoře se organizuje trup i hlava. Každé sezení má své hlavní téma, navazuje na předchozí práci a připravuje podmínky pro další. Právě tato návaznost dává jednotlivým sezením společný směr: propojit lokální změny s tím, jak se celé tělo opírá a pohybuje v gravitaci. Můžete začít prvním setkáním a podle vlastní zkušenosti se rozhodnout, zda pokračovat dalšími dvěma. První tři sezení tvoří úvodní celek, po kterém společně probereme další postup. ### O mně Radka Kamenická Od šesti let jsem trénovala sportovní gymnastiku a hrála na klavír. Na vaše zprávy a zmeškané hovory se ráda ozvu zpět, jakmile budu mít prostor. **Kde se setkáváme** Adresa: Slunná 27, Praha 6 - Pondělí: místnost Atria - Úterý: místnost Grotta - Pátek: místnost Sirius **Cena a platba** Jedno sezení stojí 2 000 Kč a trvá přibližně 90 minut. Platba probíhá na místě po našem setkání. Preferuji platbu pomocí QR kódu, případně můžete zaplatit v hotovosti. **Zrušení nebo přesunutí termínu** Dejte mi prosím vědět alespoň 24 hodin předem. Při pozdějším zrušení nebo přesunutí termínu se hradí plná cena sezení. Through focused touch, we work with the body’s soft tissues, particularly fascia. Together, we explore your posture and movement habits, looking for ways to make better use of support from the ground and your own weight. The aim is to help the parts of the body work together, allowing you to stand and move with less effort. An important part of the process is developing awareness of your body, including how tension and stress show up in it. ### Process The traditional series consists of ten connected sessions. Their sequence reflects Ida Rolf’s emphasis on support in gravity. The feet receive the body’s weight, the legs support the pelvis, and the trunk and head organise themselves on this foundation. Each session has a main theme, builds on the previous work and prepares the way for what follows. This continuity gives the sessions a shared direction: connecting local changes with how the whole body finds support and moves in gravity. You can start with the first session and decide from your own experience whether to continue with the next two. The first three sessions form a self-contained introduction. We then discuss the next steps together. ### About me Radka Kamenická From the age of six, I trained in artistic gymnastics and played the piano. I’ll reply to your messages and return missed calls as soon as I can. **Where we meet** Address: Slunná 27, Prague 6 - Monday: Atria room - Tuesday: Grotta room - Friday: Sirius room **Price and payment** A session costs CZK 2,000 and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Payment is made in person after the session. I prefer payment by bank transfer using a QR code; you can also pay in cash. **Cancelling or rescheduling** Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee is payable.
